Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy: Our booking policy is to meet at the boat at the agreed time and place on the day of the trip. A credit card deposit (including 4% transaction fee) is required at booking, which reserves the date and time and consents to our cancellation policy. The remaining amount is due immediately after the trip is completed. Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to trip departure. Failure to cancel 14 days prior to trip departure will result in a $250 cancellation fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.  For a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time or that is considered a no-show for the day, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the trip that was reserved for that day.​  A no-show is any customer who does not make contact with the Captain by the agreed upon departure time. Contact is only made if the customer actually receives a response back from the Captain via phone, email, or text. ​The Captain has the sole discretion to cancel the trip due to bad weather, unforeseen boat problems, or any other just cause. If the aforementioned occurs, we will happily reschedule the trip or refund the deposit.
